The Work Our Radar Systems Engineering team is seeking a candidate to support the integration, test, and verification of high performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems. The Radar Systems Engineer will:
• Apply advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories, and concepts to develop revolutionary system solutions • Support integration and test, evaluate test results, investigate discrepancies, provide technical assessment of anomalies, and drive issues to resolution • Conduct system verification and support certification activities • Represent the organization on contracts and interface with internal and external customers, program and senior leadership, and multidisciplinary engineering teams on significant technical matters • Have strong analytical and communication skills and work well in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment • Be comfortable working in hands-on laboratory or field environments • Work a Non-standard shift as needed • Have the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support site installs, checkout, and integration testing
This position requires a U.S. DoD Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics, or equivalent STEM degree with minimum of 2 years relevant experience, or a Masters degree • Integration and test experience on complex systems • Proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python • Excellent communication skills • Flexibility to work non-standard work shifts and weekends as required by the supported program • U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance
Desired Skills: Experience with one or more of the following: • Functional integration • Test plan/procedure development • Requirements verification • Software test/issue resolution/regression testing • Hardware test/issue resolution/regression testing

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Compensation and Benefits: The base range for this position in New Jersey is $75,000 - $142,760. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. The wage range and benefits summary is a general guideline and is governed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement when extending an offer.
