Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Radial Arm Drill Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Tulsa. This position is responsible for operating radial arm drills and other manual machinery to produce quality components while maintaining production efficiency and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, enjoys hands-on work, and is eager to learn. Previous manual machining experience is preferred but not required for motivated candidates.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous manual machining experience preferred, but not required
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to read measurements and use basic measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to follow written work instructions and production specifications
Safety-focused mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate radial arm drill and other manual machining equipment safely and efficiently
Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production specifications
Drill, bore, and machine parts to required dimensions and tolerances
Verify part quality using measuring tools and inspection methods
Maintain production schedules while meeting quality standards
Perform basic machine maintenance and routine housekeeping tasks
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors
Perform additional production duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Experience operating radial arm drills or similar manual machine tools
Manufacturing or machine shop experience
Familiarity with blueprint reading and precision measuring tools
Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Frequent bending, reaching, and material handling
Manual dexterity to safely operate industrial machinery and tools
Work Environment
Climate-controlled manufacturing facility
Clean, organized, and team-oriented shop environment
Exposure to industrial machinery and production equipment
Required PPE must be worn at all times as designated by company policy
