Radiation Detection Company (RDC) designs and manufactures radiation detection and dosimetry technology. Radiant, our newest offering, is a real-time dosimetry service built for hospital environments with elevated occupational radiation exposure — cath labs, hybrid operating rooms, and other fluoroscopy-intensive areas. We're building the commercial team that will bring Radiant to hospital systems nationwide.
About the Role
The Radiant Account Executive will develop and close new Radiant business within targeted hospital IDNs. You'll manage opportunities through the full sales cycle and work across procurement, cath lab leadership, Radiation Safety, and other hospital stakeholders to establish Radiant within an IDN and create a path for expansion across multiple facilities and clinical areas.
What You'll Do
Develop new Radiant business within assigned hospital IDNs and strategic accounts
Manage qualified opportunities from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close
Conduct discovery to understand radiation-monitoring needs, current practices, and organizational priorities
Build relationships across the hospital buying group, including procurement, cath lab leadership, and Radiation Safety Officers
Develop account strategies designed to expand Radiant across multiple rooms, facilities, and departments
Deliver customer presentations and coordinate demonstrations, evaluations, and RFP responses
Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, activity, and forecasting information in the CRM
Partner with the SDR on account mapping and prospecting, and with the Director on strategic opportunities
What You Bring
3+ years of B2B sales experience
Experience selling services or solutions into hospitals or health systems strongly preferred
Experience with consultative selling and multi-stakeholder sales processes
Ability to develop relationships with clinical, operational, and procurement decision-makers
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to independently manage opportunities and maintain sales-process discipline
Experience using CRM systems to manage activity and pipeline
