Job Description

• Apply technical expertise to client system build in order to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
• Work directly with client end users. Monitor workflows, provide documentation, and optimization suggestions.
• Track and document risks and issues.
• Analyze and document workflows.
• Work on documentation and facilitation.
• Provide status reports
  

• Extensive experience in Radiant.
• Epic Radiant certification is required
• Experience working with implementations and upgrades
