The facility maintains modern radiation therapy equipment and utilizes Epic/ARIA EMR systems to support coordinated patient care and documentation. Dedicated clinical support staff are in place to facilitate quality oncology care delivery. About the Facility LocationLouisiana offers a range of regional attractions suited to diverse interests. The state features outdoor recreation opportunities, cultural destinations, and year-round activities that reflect the region's heritage. Clinicians on assignment may explore state parks, waterways, and various leisure activities throughout the region. About the Clinician's WorkdayThe radiation oncologist will provide comprehensive outpatient oncology services Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with no call requirements. Daily responsibilities include managing approximately 20 patients, with treatment volume reaching up to 45 per day, in an on-site clinic setting. The clinician will serve as the solo physician, supported by nursing staff, a CNA, and 4 radiation therapists, and will complete all patient documentation through the Epic EMR system.
