About the Clinician's WorkdayThe radiation oncologist will provide comprehensive outpatient oncology services Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with nightly and weekend call coverage. Daily responsibilities include managing 5-10 patients on treatment (3-5 treatment plans and 3-5 sims), with Tuesday designated as a treatment day at a volume of 20-25 patients. The clinician will deliver IMRT, IGRT, and SBRT treatments utilizing a Varian linear accelerator, and all patient care will be documented through EPIC EMR and the Aria treatment planning system.
