- Coverage begins on September 11th and continues indefinitely
- Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with 24-hour on-call duty
- No clinic hours are scheduled on weekends
- Electronic Medical Record system: Epic
- An active Illinois medical license is mandatory
- Board Certified or Board Eligible status required
