We are seeking a skilled and dedicated <\/span>Radiation Physicist<\/span><\/b> to join our clinical team in Des Moines. In this role, you will perform essential medical physics tasks to ensure the safe, precise, and accurate delivery of therapeutic ionizing radiation. Collaborating closely with radiation oncologists and clinical staff, you will maintain rigorous regulatory standards, monitor clinical quality indicators, and support our organization's core mission and values.

Perform all medical physics tasks necessary for the safe and accurate delivery of therapeutic ionizing radiation.

Collaborate actively with radiation oncologists and clinical staff to optimize patient treatment plans.
<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Assist with maintaining compliance regarding state and federal regulatory requirements specific to radiation therapy.
<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Monitor clinical quality indicators to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Partner with physicians to utilize, develop, and monitor appropriate clinical treatment guidelines.

Actively support and model the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

Master of Science<\/span><\/b> in Medical Physics, Physics, or a related field <\/span>(Required)<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Doctorate (Ph.D. / Dynamic Doctor's Degree)<\/span><\/b> in Medical Physics or a physics -related discipline <\/span>(Preferred)<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Completed a Medical Physics Residency within the past 5 years <\/span>(Required)<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>
3–5 years of experience working in a clinical setting <\/span>(Highly Preferred)<\/span><\/b>

Board Certification<\/span><\/b> as a Radiation Therapy Physicist by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) <\/span>(Required)<\/span><\/b>

Board Certification<\/span><\/b> as a Radiation Therapy Physicist by the American Board of Medical Physicists (ABMP) <\/span>(Required)<\/span><\/b>
