JOB SUMMARY

• 
  
• This team member is responsible for the accurate delivery of a planned course of Radiation Therapy and demonstrates the necessary level of clinical expertise in executing all aspects of care to include, but not limited to: Simulation, Device Fabrication, patient assessment, patient education and treatment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• 
  
• High school graduate or GED. Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or board eligible. Licensed by the State of Ohio.
• 
  

Training and Experience

• 
  
• Graduate of an accredited program in Radiation Therapy. (1-3 years previous clinical experience preferred).
• 
  
• BLS provider or obtain within 3 months of hire.
•
