Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
**Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract
*The certification is ARRT(T) Radiation Therapist. Varian true beam experience would be preferred for this position.*Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.**
