As a Radiation Therapist, you will provide appropriate care for all patient populations, adolescent adults and geriatrics, and perform radiation treatment as prescribed by the radiation oncology physician. You will also recognize patient conditions for successful completion of their treatment, build a rapport with patients, understand the function and utilization of equipment, and detect equipment malfunction.

Position: Radiation Therapist, Full-time

Shift: Day shift; 40 hours per week

Education:

1. Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Technology Program.

2. Certification (or eligible) in good standing in Radiation Therapy Technology by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.

3. Certification within one year of graduation required.

Licensures/Certifications:

Must maintain personal record of continuing education credits earned as required by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
