Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Radiation Therapist ( Outpatient ) for our client in Glendale CA 91206. This is a 15 weekscontract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: Radiation Therapist (Outpatient)
Location:Glendale CA 91206
Duration: 15 weeks contract
Work Schedule: Day Shift – 5x8 Hours
Pay rate: $70-80$/hr

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments according to physician prescriptions.
• Position patients accurately and operate radiation therapy equipment safely.
• Verify treatment parameters and maintain detailed treatment records.
• Monitor patients during treatment and report any concerns to the clinical team.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and departmental policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, physicists, dosimetrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiation Therapy (ARRT-T).
• Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification (TRT).
• Current Radiation Therapy certification and licensure as required by the state.
• Minimum one year of experience as required by the facility.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Fluoroscopy Permit issued by the State Department of Health Services.
