Radiation Therapist

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Radiation Therapists to join our network of healthcare professionals. As a Radiation Therapist, you will work closely with oncologists and other medical staff to deliver radiation treatments safely and effectively to patients. Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed radiation treatments to patients using advanced radiation therapy equipment.
  
• Accurately position patients and ensure proper immobilization for safe and precise treatment.
  
• Monitor patients during procedures and respond to any adverse reactions or concerns.
  
• Collaborate with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, and medical physicists to implement treatment plans.
  
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of treatments, patient progress, and machine usage.
  
• Perform routine equipment checks and follow safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure.
  

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy or related field.
  
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiation Therapy required.
  
• Current state license (if applicable).
  
• BLS certification required.
  
• 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates will be considered.
  
• Strong technical skills with radiation therapy equipment and software.
  
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
