This person may work remotely with the rest of the sales team.In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.For this position, the candidate must hold active US Secret Clearance.Job Requirements10+ Years experience in Radio over IP and Voice-over-IP pre-sales engineering experience.Strong background (CCNP + level) in routing, switching, QoS, unicast, multicast, and IP telephonyExperience in drafting statements of work, defining technical requirements, documenting deliverablesStrong background in customer-facing sales and engineering presentations and demonstrations.10+ Years experience in implementing RoIP and VoIP solutions to include:Determining pinouts for radio interface cablesRadio gateway configuration experience with Cisco Routers, CisTech, Vocality (DTech), and JPS.Experience in troubleshooting unicast and multicast networksExperience integrating solutions with IP PBX's to include Cisco Call Manager, Asterisk, Avaya, and Mytel systems.Strong understanding and experience with US DoD Tactical NetworksCreating as-built documentationDevelop test plans for site acceptanceProvide post-sales technical support as neededCreate/contribute to product manualsContribute to testing of QA/QC of Beta productsProvide remote technical support to customers as neededDeliver product training to partners and end customersExperience managing and motivating engineering teamsFamiliarity with the US Department of Defense's Joint Interoperability Test Command's (JITC) Certification process#J-18808-Ljbffr
