**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and conduct radiographic examinations to identify imperfections in metal components and assess weld quality.
- Utilize digital radiographic tools to capture and process images accurately.
- Evaluate results against industry standards and customer guidelines, documenting findings meticulously.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize new customer orders through radiographic procedures.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and functioning of all radiographic equipment and facilities.
- Maintain thorough documentation of inspection results and procedures.
- Engage actively in Nadcap accreditation processes.
- Be committed to advancing your skills and knowledge in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).

**Candidate Profile:**
- Advanced education or training in NDT or related technical fields is preferred.
- Essential certification in Radiographic Testing Level II (RT Level II).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with castings.
- Familiarity with SNT-TC-1A, NAS-410, or MIL-STD-271 NDT standards is highly beneficial.
- Competency in handling digital X-ray protocols, with Level 2 certification as a plus.
- Strong computer skills and excellent communication capabilities.
