Description

New Hire Incentive of up to $8,000 and relocation assistance available for those who qualify.

This is a full-time position (80 hours per pay period) working varied 10.25-hour day shifts. Candidates must be available to work one weekday call shift and one weekend every five weeks. This position is located at Scripps Anderson Medical Pavilion on the Scripps Memorial Hospital campus in La Jolla.

Scripps Clinic Anderson Medical Pavilion, located on the Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla campus, provides a comprehensive, "one-stop" healthcare experience for the greater San Diego region. The pavilion offers primary and specialty care, including cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, neurology, and more-along with imaging, labs, on-site vascular testing, cardiac diagnostics and procedures, and outpatient vascular surgery and vein treatments

• Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
• Must remain in original department/specialty
• Must remain in original Job Title
• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Qualifications

Required Certification/ Specialized Skills:

• CRT
• Fluoro
• BLS from the American Heart Association
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Licensure /Experience:

• ARRT
• 1-2 years of experience in Cath Lab
• Scrub, circulate, and monitor in EP and Cath Lab experience
• Ability to manage/prioritize during a crisis or stressful situation
• Knowledge of patient focused care delivery
