Radiologic Technologist / Computed Tomography - Syracuse, NY (#25232).

Location: Syracuse, NY.
Employment Type: Full-time (Contract, 13 weeks with potential extension).
Hourly Rate: $70/hr.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist with Computed Tomography (CT) experience to join an Acute Care / Academic Medical Center in Syracuse, NY. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge imaging technology while contributing to a dynamic healthcare team.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Radiology, or a related field.
  • Licensure: Must hold a New York State License.
  • Certifications:
    • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification (preferred).
    • BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (required).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 1 year of CT/MRI experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
    • Experience with Siemens CT Scanners (preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CT imaging and diagnostic radiology procedures.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic imaging examinations, including CT scans, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and follow regulatory compliance.
