Hours: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Weekly Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Position Details

• Local Candidate Policy: No local candidates within 50 miles

• Minimum Experience: 2 years of recent Radiologic Technologist experience

• Department Type: 24-hour Diagnostic Radiology department

• Department averages approximately 150 exams per 24-hour period

• Performs both inpatient and outpatient imaging and fluoroscopy exams

Required Qualifications

• AHA BLS – Required

• ARRT – Required

• Cerner experience – Required

• OR experience – Required

• Fluoroscopy experience – Required

Procedures & Exams

The department performs a variety of inpatient and outpatient exams and procedures, including but not limited to:

• Routine X-rays

• Fluoroscopic exams

• Inpatient and outpatient fluoroscopy

• C-arm procedures

• Lumbar punctures

• OR imaging procedures

Holiday Requirements

Northside requires travelers to work:

• 2 Major Holidays out of the following 3:

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day

  • New Year’s Day

• 1 Minor Holiday:

  • Friday after Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Eve

  • New Year’s Eve
