Radiologic Technologist (CT) - MCHS

Job Summary

This position is responsible for producing high-quality images for interpretation by physicians, adhering to established standards in radiology departments. The role requires competence in a variety of imaging equipment and technology, as determined by competency assessments. The incumbent will practice proper safety guidelines for themselves, support personnel, and patients, while fostering teamwork through effective communication. Ensuring a high level of service to patients through proper communication, technique, and safety guidelines is essential. Flexibility to staff various work locations, shift times, and lengths is required. Additional functional duties may be assigned to assure efficient and optimal patient care.

• Organized, efficient, and multifunctional.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication.
• Ability to work varied hours, shift lengths, and respond to an on-call pager, which may include days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Radiologic Technologist or CT Technologist.
• Proficiency in General Imaging and CT.
• Familiarity with Siemens, Medrad Injector, and Epic systems.
