The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed hospital in Manchester; TN and we are looking to recruit a dedicated Radiologic Technologist.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

In this role, you will perform a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures while utilizing your technical expertise, clinical judgment, and commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.<\/span><\/span>

What You’ll Do<\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

  • Perform routine and advanced diagnostic imaging procedures<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Verify patient identity and review physician orders for accuracy<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Produce high -quality images and present results to the Radiologist<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Communicate relevant findings to the care team as appropriate<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Prioritize patient care based on clinical needs and urgency<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Participate in after -hours and weekend call rotation<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Maintain compliance with departmental policies and regulatory standards<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Provide compassionate, patient -centered care across all age groups<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>

    What We Are Looking For<\/span><\/span>

    Qualifications<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p>

    • High school diploma or equivalent required<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • ARRT registered or registry eligible (must obtain certification within required timeline)<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • CT certification preferred (additional compensation may apply)<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Current ECHO certification preferred<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ability to perform routine, fluoroscopic, trauma, OR, and portable radiography procedures<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills<\/span><\/span>
