Job Description
A Radiologic Technologist opportunity is available in Farmington, NM at a 198-bed, Level III trauma center serving the Four Corners region of New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, and Utah. The hospital holds PCI, Mammography, and Laboratory accreditation and offers a broad range of services including medical, surgical, rehabilitation, a childbirth center, cancer center, nephrology unit, pediatric unit, inpatient behavioral health, day surgery, and extensive imaging services.
The role. The Radiologic Technologist performs general radiography for an all-population patient base including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients within the hospital's radiology department. The department operates on General Electric imaging equipment and uses Cerner as its electronic health record system. Candidates should bring at least 2 years of acute care experience in radiology. The position carries on-call responsibilities in addition to regularly scheduled shifts.
What we're looking for.
- Graduate from accredited radiography program
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in general radiography
- BLS required; all other required certifications can be obtained after hire please refer to Life Support Certification document in attachments
- Open to candidates who do not hold New Mexico or Compact licensure; candidates must obtain prior to start
Schedule. Varied shifts with on-call requirements.
Compensation. $24.23 - $31.50/hr plus $2 sign-on bonus
