The Wellstar Diagnostic Float Team (WEST Team) supports a variety of imaging services across our facilities. Region Four includes Columbia County Medical Center and MCG Health Medical Center. As a Radiologic Technologist for Region Four, you will apply your expertise to deliver safe, high-quality imaging and a supportive patient experience at each location you serve. This role can offer a competitive   relocation assistance package   for eligible candidates A  full‑time   position with a variable schedule, based on organizational needs and may include 12-hour, 10-hour, and 8-hour shifts Benefits program that includes PTO, mental health support, wellness rooms, concierge services and more High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist in a hospital setting ARRT-R (Radiography) Operate imaging/radiographic equipment safely and competently, adjusting technique to maintain diagnostic quality at the lowest reasonable dose (ALARA). Clean, disinfect, and maintain rooms/equipment per infection control schedules; identify and report equipment issues promptly. Monitor patient condition, respond to emergencies, and help maintain/restock crash cart and life-support equipment as required. Support operations and compliance, keep areas orderly and stocked, transport patients safely, complete charging/clerical tasks, follow regulatory requirements, and escalate issues to the supervisor.
