Position Description: Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments – these guaranteed hours do not include any on-call time worked

Comments And Notes: BILH COVERSHEET ALL REQUIRED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION: 10H Days (only) with every other weekend required - Must be trained in neuro or CT along with IR., *Client/Siemens knowledge*, Scrub and circulator experience, PREFER CANDIDATE HAS: Extensive thrombectomy device knowledge (PE/Stroke), Angio procedures such as TIPS, angioplasty ...Vocational or Technical training in Radiologic Technology required. License Radiology MA License required., and Registration RT ART required. *Weekend and on call coverage are required Orientation is weekly (every Monday barring a holiday) NM to interview and offer Please provide dates and times available for interview at time of submission ALL RTO REQUESTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SUB Travelers who have worked for *** as travel, perm or per diem within the last six months will not be accepted - MUST be separated from facility for six months to be considered.
