Responsibilities Operates various radiographic/computer equipment and produces radiographs of designated areas of human anatomy on patients of all ages. Accepts assignments to various locations within the system to include all off-site facilities.

Qualifications Minimum Education: Graduate of an Accredited Radiology Program. (New Graduates must have a letter from the radiology program stating they meet graduation requirements and provide diploma within 3 months of hire if diploma is not available at time of hire)
Minimum Experience: Three to six months on-the-job experience preferred.
Required Certification/Registration: New York State License required (New Graduates must have a temporary permit issued by NYS DOH as per NYS DOH Public Health Law Article 35 and obtain a NYS DOH License within 3 months from date of hire)
Registry A.R.R.T. required (New Graduates must obtain the ARRT registry within 3 months from date of hire).

Working Conditions: Environmental Demands and Exposure to Hazards: Works in a clean, well-lighted, heated or ventilated facility. No routine exposure to hazards.
