Job Summary

Adventist Health Castle is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in a busy acute care hospital. The ideal candidate must be proficient in general X-ray, fluoroscopy, and operating room imaging, while ensuring high-quality diagnostic images and exceptional patient care.

Requirements

• Experience performing General X-ray, Fluoroscopy, and OR imaging

• Acute care hospital experience preferred

• Must be able to participate in scheduled on-call rotations

• Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license must be active by the start date

• Candidates with a pending Hawaii license will be considered if proof of application is provided at submission

Required Credentials

• Active ARRT (R) Certification

• Hawaii State Radiologic Technologist (HSRT) License(or proof of pending application at submission; active license required before start date)

• BLS Certification

• Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology preferred

Facility Details

• 160-bed Acute Care Hospital

• Diagnostic Imaging Department

• Comprehensive inpatient and outpatient imaging services

Call Requirements

• 4 on-call shifts per month

• Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Saturday–Sunday: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Clinical Skills

Candidates should have experience with:

• General Diagnostic Radiography

• Fluoroscopy

• Operating Room (C-Arm) procedures

• Patient positioning

• PACS image verification

• Radiation safety and quality imaging
