Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role centers on providing diagnostic imaging services and patient care as a Radiology/X-ray Technologist during overnight hours. You will work in collaboration with medical professionals to deliver high-quality radiographic examinations, contributing directly to patient diagnosis and treatment.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour night shifts, Monday through Friday (11:00pm – 7:30am)
  • No weekend or weekday rotation; fixed shifts as outlined in your agreement
  • No on-call or call-back obligations
  • Holiday work required if it falls on your regularly scheduled day

Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated proficiency with standard imaging equipment, including portable modalities
  • Prior experience in an acute care or hospital setting preferred
  • Strong patient-centered approach and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work independently on a night shift and maintain thorough documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform x-ray and radiology procedures as ordered by medical staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
  • Prepare and position patients accurately for optimal imaging results
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment and ensure cleanliness of exam rooms
  • Respond efficiently to requests for portable imaging within designated facility areas
  • Participate in department quality assurance initiatives and maintain regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team, relaying diagnostic results as needed
