Position: Radiologicals Safety for Redteaming
Type:Contract
Compensation:$65–$75 per task
Location:Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Write challenging single-turn prompts in the radiological safety domain, labeled as benign, dual-use, and adversarial.
• Evaluate model responses against a defined policy standard to ensure correct handling.
• Write reference answers with technical reasoning for correct responses.
• Collaborate with experts to ensure models correctly judge misuse potential while answering legitimate questions.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Experience as a Radiation Safety Officer, Health Physicist, or similar role.
• Ability to distinguish routine professional questions from potentially harmful ones.
• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to provide clear rationales.

Preferred

• Red-teaming experience in radiological safety.
