The Radiologist will be responsible for diagnosing and examining disorders and diseases through the use of diagnostic imaging equipment and procedures. This role involves delivering age-appropriate and specialty-specific medical care through assessment, evaluation, diagnosis, recognition and prevention of adverse events, treatment, and follow-up. The Radiologist will engage in four key areas: clinical practice, education, leadership, and professional development. Collaboration with colleagues and other healthcare professionals is essential to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care, leading to optimal patient outcomes. Continuous monitoring of quality patient care is expected, emphasizing excellent customer service and performance improvement. Strong communication skills are vital for interactions with patients, families, caregivers, multidisciplinary team members, and medical staff.
