Staff Radiologist (Remote or Onsite)
Location: Remote (EST) or Onsite in Naples, FL area

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Daytime Shift (EST)
About the Role
Seeking a skilled and dedicated Full-Time Radiologist to join our team. This position offers the rare flexibility to work 100% remotely from home or onsite in beautiful Naples, Florida.
You will manage a balanced, high-quality case mix during standard daytime hours, supported by an efficient workflow designed to minimize burnout while maximizing earning potential.
Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited program.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Radiology.
- Proficient in reading emergency and inpatient exams, including stroke imaging.
- Eligible for or holding an active medical license in the state of Florida (or willing to obtain).
Position Highlights & Expectations
- Predictable Schedule: Work a stable Monday through Friday, daytime shift aligned with the Eastern timezone. No grueling overnight or erratic weekend rotations.
- Balanced Workload: Manage a manageable case mix consisting of an approximate 50/50 breakdown of cross-sectional imaging and plain films.
- Clinical Scope: Read a mix of ER and inpatient exams. Candidates must be comfortable and proficient with stroke protocols.
- Volume: Average estimated workload of 70–80 RVUs per shift.
Compensation & Financial Benefits

- Base Salary:$605,000
- Uncapped Earning Potential: Take advantage of unlimited internal moonlighting opportunities across both inpatient and outpatient studies to significantly increase your income.
- Retirement: An additional $15,000 annual employer retirement contribution (paid over and above your base salary).
