Title: Radiologic Technologist
Location: Stanford, CA 94305 - Onsite Role
Duration: 3–6 Months (Potential Extension/Conversion)
Schedule: 40 hrs/week | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: ($65-$70) on an hourly basis
Overview:
- Seeking an experienced Imaging Technologist with strong PET/MR/CT and Nuclear Medicine experience to support advanced clinical imaging and research initiatives in a high-performing academic medical environment.
This role focuses on:
- Advanced medical imaging procedures
- 3D image reconstruction and post-processing
- Research imaging support
- Cross-functional collaboration with physicians, researchers, and technologists
Responsibilities:
- Operate PET, MRI, CT, and/or Nuclear Medicine imaging systems.
- Perform advanced 3D reconstructions and image post-processing
- Generate high-quality diagnostic and research imaging data
- Support imaging-based clinical research studies and protocols
- Assist physicians with complex imaging procedures
- Identify image artifacts and optimize image quality
- Maintain accurate procedural documentation and imaging records
- Collaborate with radiologists, researchers, and clinical teams
- Support development of imaging workflows, SOPs, and quality initiatives
- Provide technical guidance and training to staff and researchers
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of relevant imaging experience
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong experience with PET/MR, PET/CT, MRI, CT, or Nuclear Medicine imaging
- Advanced experience with:
- 3D imaging reconstruction
- Post-processing workflows
- Cross-sectional anatomy
- Imaging safety procedures
- Experience troubleshooting imaging systems and related software/hardware
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Self-driven and capable of working independently
Required Certifications/Licensure:
- Candidates must hold an active California technologist licensure (or be willing to obtain) and one or more of the following:
- ARRT
- ARMRIT
- NMTCB
- California Radiologic Technologist License
- California Nuclear Medicine Technologist License
Preferred:
- Advanced ARRT certification (CT or MR)
- BLS Certification
