POSITION SUMMARY

• Support the full lifecycle of Outpatient applications in multiple markets, which include PACS, Radiology Information System (RIS), 3D imaging, mammo tracking, online scheduling and other applications as required.
• Support implementation teams with outpatient application upgrades, migrations and other projects as assigned.
• Provide accurate and timely maintenance and support services for specified systems
• Troubleshoots incidents and service requests via ServiceNow; Maintain defined troubleshooting SLAs and quality measures
• Develops outpatient application test plans, participates in testing and ensures technical documentation is accurate and updated.
• Collaborate with Regional Outpatient IT Directors, Enterprise support and other IT teams to ensure the needs of radiologists are met.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Systems or a related discipline, work experience in IT; or the equivalent in education and information technology work experience preferred
• 2-3+ years of clinical application application support/implementation role; radiology experience highly preferred.
• Knowledge with PACS, HL7, RIS, voice recognition systems and radiology workflows preferred.
• Strong experience with incident, problem and request management.
• Working with a ticket management/service desk system; plus for ServiceNow experience

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $77,000.00 - $85,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
