Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Pay Rate: $77.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: 5x8 Days, Monday Friday, Occasional Saturdays, No Sundays, No Holidays; Shift: 8:00 17:00
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours per 2 weeks Traveler can be called off for 1, 8-hour shift per 2 weeks
• Travel Requirements: Local candidates not accepted candidate's permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This is a CT Tech travel contract position at an outpatient imaging center. Most patients are mobile, and the facility sees many patients for follow-up cancer diagnosis. Clinical responsibilities include starting IVs, running i-STAT for labs, injecting contrast, and post-processing images. First-time travelers are accepted.

Key Responsibilities

• Start IVs and run i-STAT for labs
• Inject contrast and post-process images
• Float within scope to meet facility needs, including X-ray coverage

Required Skills

• X-Ray Experience Extremities
• X-Ray Experience Abdomen/GI
• X-Ray Experience Spine/Pelvis
• X-Ray Experience Head/Chest/Thorax
• X-Ray Experience Musculoskeletal
• X-Ray Experience Lower/Upper Extremities

Preferred Skills

• Fluoroscopy Studies experience
• Enema Studies experience
• Experience with Neonates and Infants

Education Requirements

• BLS certification required
• ARRT (R) certification required
• ARRT (CT) certification required
• AK state credentials/licenses as applicable

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted

• Weekend requirement: Occasional Saturday

• Local candidates not accepted permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility
• RTO restrictions: Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer; only 1 time-off request permitted per 13-week assignment
• Pending license: Not applicable
