Job Description
Shift: Saturday and Sunday nights only 7p-730a with no on call required Float to XRAY as needed Required Certificates: ARRT R, ARRT CT, BLS, and SC Radiology license Must have at least one year of EPIC experience Requiring 2 years of experience in field Will review 1st time travelers based on experience There are two techs staffed on this shift that cover x-ray and CT for the ED and inpatients. There is some transport involved in terms of getting patients to/from the ED. Radiologists are staffed off-site (at GMH) reading during these hours and available for questions. We use Epic - Radiant in radiology and also have Perfect Serve secure paging available to communicate with the radiologists. Primary stroke center. Scrub Color: Hunter Green Floating: While Prisma Health prioritizes keeping staff in their home unit, agency staff are required to float to other units or campuses as needed. Floating is limited to areas where staff are qualified and have documented competencies.
