SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING

" Shift hours: 3x12s, Friday-Sunday. (7p-7a) Start time based unit needs, actual shift time may vary +/- 2hours depending on department needs. (notification of change will be 1 week in advance).

" Siemens Experience Required. Epic experience Required

" On Call Requirement: NO call

" RTO: ALL requests must be included with the submission.

" Call off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

" Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work/take call one holiday per 13-week contract (in rotation with staff)

" Accept First-Time Travelers: No

" Locals Accepted? No. Refer to the Submittal Instructions for radius rule criteria

REQUIRED LICENSE & CERTIFICATIONS

" BLS / ARRT(R) / ARRT (CT)

" Pending License Accepted:- Virginia state license required. Any active state license (in hand) is accepted. Virginia will grant emergency authorization to travelers with a license so they can work while their permanent VA license is processing.

REQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS

" Preparation and/or administration of contrast media

" Radiation safety

UNIT DETAILS AND FLOATING

" Traveler may be required to float to Carilion Clinic Riverside (3 Riverside Circle, Roanoke, VA). This location is approximately half of a mile from Roanoke Memorial.
