Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Pay Rate: $74.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Night Shift (5x8 Hours), 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
• On-Call: Rotational on-call
• Guaranteed Hours: Facility has ability to call off once per pay period (2 weeks)
• Float: Yes CT and X-Ray
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This is a CT Tech travel/contract position at an acute care hospital in San Pedro, CA. The role requires X-Ray experience and includes floating between CT and X-Ray modalities. First-time travelers (1st timers) are accepted. The local radius for this position is 50 miles please reach out to the Account Manager for the local rate.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-Ray imaging procedures
• Float between CT and X-Ray as needed
• Participate in rotational on-call schedule

Education Requirements

• BLS certification required
• ARRT certification required
• ARRT Advanced certification required
• Fluoroscopy permit required

Required Experience

• X-Ray experience required
• Minimum 1 year of experience; first-time travelers accepted

Required Skills

• CT imaging proficiency
• X-Ray proficiency
• Float capability across CT and X-Ray modalities
• Familiarity with Meditech charting system

Important Notes

• All RTO (Request Time Off) must be declared at time of submittal
• Guaranteed Hours: Facility has the ability to call off once per pay period (2 weeks)
• Local radius is 50 miles contact Account Manager for local rate
• Employment: 8 regular hours in a day OR 40 regular hours in 1 week at 1.3x
• On-Call rate: $15/hour
• Call Back rate: 1.3x
• Charge rate: $2.50
• Holiday rate: 1.3x
• Double Time: None
