Radiology / Cardiology - Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer

REQUIRES DUAL CERTIFICATION - **Must Have RDCS/RCS and RVT!** About the Position Position / Specialty: Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer Shift: Will work roughly 36 hours a week Monday-Thursday 8:00a-5:00p, will be the only tech on shift. Types of Cases Experience Preferred: Daily Caseload per tech: 10-12, will be the only tech on shift. Is on-call REQ? No Weekend REQ: No Will this traveler float between service lines? No Floating Req to Sister Facilities: No Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 2 years First-time travelers accepted: Yes National Certs REQ: BLS, Must have RDCS/RCS and RVT, Dual Certification Required. CCI Certification accepted as well Radiation Badge REQ: Yes. Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; MUSC does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers Experience Required: TTE and Vascular Studies. Must have vascular experience including LEVs, LEAs, ABIs, carotids, UEA s, UEV s and groin duplex (pseudoaneurysm) Miscellaneous Open to accommodating block schedule? N/A Local Radius: 60 miles Locals Accepted (Y/N): Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
