• Position Type: Contract (Travel/Allied)
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Pay Rate: $65.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Day shift, 4x10 Hours, 7:00 AM 5:30 PM
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours for 3x12 schedule; 40 hours for 8/10 schedule
• Travel Requirements: Floating required between all 3 hospital campuses (Martin North, Martin South, Tradition within 20 miles)
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This is a travel Electrophysiology Technician position at a short-term acute care teaching facility with 521 staffed beds. The facility operates on EPIC charting and utilizes white scrubs. The role requires floating across all three hospital campuses within the system to meet facility needs. On-call is required for this assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Float within scope to meet facility needs across all three hospitals (Martin North, Martin South, Tradition within 20 miles)
• Respond to on-call requirements as assigned
• Prioritize time-sensitive orientation modules immediately upon confirmation of assignment

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of EP lab experience required
• Experience in Cath, IR, and EP settings
• AHA or Red Cross ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Ability to work on-call as required

Preferred Skills

• RCVT (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification preferred
• RCIS (Registered Cardiac Invasive Specialist) certification preferred in addition to required certifications

Education Requirements

• AHA or Red Cross ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• RCVT preferred
• RCIS preferred
• Pending license accepted

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of EP lab experience required
• Cath, IR, and EP experience required

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• On-call required
• Floating required between all three hospital campuses (Martin North, Martin South, Tradition within 20 miles)
• Smoke-free facility: all travelers must be nicotine-free; no exceptions
• Negative 10-panel nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Block schedule not available
• Free parking in any unrestricted space

Important Notes

• All RTO (requested time off) must be included at time of submission any RTO added later will likely not be approved by the client
• There are time-sensitive orientation modules that must be prioritized immediately upon confirmation of assignment please do not delay
• First-time travelers accepted
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
