SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING

" Shift hours/: 4x10s, 730a-6p

" Charting: Epic experience required

" Weekend Requirement: Possible weekend coverage

" RTO, Block & Special Scheduling Requests: ALL requests must be included with the submission.

" Call off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

" Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work/take call one holiday per 13-week contract (in rotation with staff)

" Locals Accepted? No. Refer to the Submittal Instructions for radius rule criteria

REQUIRED LICENSE & CERTIFICATIONS

" ARRT Registered - Either CV or VI

" BLS (AHA)

" Pending License Accepted: Virginia state license preferred. Any active state license (in hand or pending) is accepted. Virginia will grant emergency authorization to travelers with a license so they can work while their permanent VA license is processing.

" Experience in neuro and peripheral interventions

UNIT DETAILS AND FLOATING

" Inpatient/outpatient IR department; 4 angiography suites (two single-plane and two biplane)

" 1 dedicated CT scanner ; 1 multipurpose fluoroscopy suite for pain management
