Job Description
All previous perm employees of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position.
Must have experience working with stroke teams and/or have strong neurovascular experience.

Schedule: 4x10 Days
Call Required: 2 full weekends in a 6 week period and 9 weeknight
Certs: BLS, ARRT R , WA License
Floating required to First Hill Campus for regular shifts and call coverage

GI Bleeds
TPA
Vein sampling
Phase 2 Recovery
cryoablations

10 hour shifts: 0700-1730
Medication System: Pyxis
Documentation System: EPIC
PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Biopsies, GI, GU/Renal, Peripheral Vascular, Pulmonary, CT, Endovascular Lab, Stent Placement
50/50% Inpatient/Outpatient
