SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING

" Shift hours: M-F 8a-430p. No Call.

" Epic experience Required

" On Call Requirement: NO call

" RTO: ALL requests must be included with the submission.

" Call off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

" Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work one holiday per 13-week contract (in rotation with staff)--if clinic is open

" Accept First-Time Travelers: No
