Special Requirements:
Patient age group: adults and geriatrics
We do general ultrasound examinations, and superficial procedures. We also do a lot of transplant patients - so Doppler of abdominal vasculature is helpful. We do NOT do OB, Vascular studies, or Breast, these are all done in their respective specialties. We have 7 rooms on our North campus which is where are travelers are assigned. 2 of these rooms are for procedures - FNA's, Lymph Nodes, Paracentesis, and Thoracentesis, etc.
BLS, RDMS-AB, ARDMS required
RDMS-OB, RVT preferred
Experience required: Outpatient, Inpatient
Experience preferred: teaching hospital, community hospital
Skills required: Portables
Skills preferred: PACS, Biopsies
Ultrasound procedure experience required: General, abdomen, renal/pelvis, small parts, paracentesis, thoracentesis
Other skills required: renal artery duplex
Must have extensive knowledge of Abdominal doppler including Transplant Kidneys and Livers.
Machines are Client and we use Epic for our EHR system.
