" Weekend Requirement: Weekend availability preferred.

" On Call Requirement: N/a

" RTO: ALL requests must be included with the submission.

" Call off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

" Holiday Requirement: Must work one holiday per 13-week contract. (if open on holidays)
