Coverage may include: Queen of the Valley, Intercommunity Hospital, Foothill Presbyterian Hospital (EAST LOS ANGELES)

Reason For Coverage: Vituity is taking over Radiology at several California hospitals. This will be a new start up situation.

Dates & Required Availability:  Start as soon as credentialed, August 1^st anticipated - 5 shifts a month is the minimum.

Shifts: Days Shift - 4p-12p (7 days a week) (GETTING CLARITY as this is a weird shift time) She has already asked for update.

Credentialing Timeframe:   30-45 days

Job Details:

• Setting:  TELE Rad - REMOTE
• Focus: General Radiology Modalities: CT, MRI, X-ray, Ultrasound

Reads/Day: 100-110 likely
Typical Daily Volume: 60–70 X-rays, 30 CT, 12–15 Ultrasound, 2–3 Fluoroscopy 3 MRI

Abdominal/Pelvic CT: Yes
Imaging Modalities: US, Fluoro, X-ray, MRI, Nuclear Medicine (if possible) Mammography/Breast Procedures: No
GI Studies: Barium Enema Small Bowel Follow Through Upper GI Esophagram
PICC Line Placement: Yes
Hysterosalpingograms: Possibly
PACS/Dictation: NovaRad & MModal

• Not Required: Arthrograms, Joint Injections CT Cystograms Lumbar Punctures Bone Marrow Biopsy Ultrasound Biopsy ESI/SI/Facet Injections

• Client Requirements: Must be Clean to clear. BLS, DEA, X-ray Supervisor/operator, ACLS, Amer Board of Rad is required, COVID-19 (with boosters) Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Flu
• Travel/Lodging Accommodations: ALL TRAVEL IS FINE

Additional Details: I would like to bill slightly under the cap to gain quicker acceptances.

• Pay Rate: $440-460
• Bill Rate: $590 ($600 CAP)
• GM $737 minimum

• Name Clear Process: Send DG an email with the following - NPI, Mailing Address, phone # and the providers CV (attached) to the email for upload to Ringo. You will need to have their CV for the clear to go over and be complete.

• Sub Process: Send me our normal sub so I have ALL the sellable information. I need to have every travel possibility they could need listed. Ringo and Vituity have asked for sellable information for the med directors.

• Unique/Credentialing Client Requirements: no - Hannah is killing it on these files and knows the process.
• Client History- Long term success with this group – We have 9-15 Docs, CRNA, and CAA’s working now, they give them whatever shifts they want!!!
