Responsibilities:

  • Job responsibilities include those listed in the competency document.

  • Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.

  • The RES II will be responsible for, at a minimum, perform asset management, repair, and preventative maintenance duties at an intermediate level on a variety of clinical devices, primarily radiographic in nature. Technician must utilize excellent customer service skills while performing duties.

  • Must have an understanding of electrical safety, planned maintenance program and proper documentation with the AIMS database system.

  • The RES II will serve as liaison to any outside service organization which provides services to McLeod Health.

Qualifications:

  • RES II shall possess, at a minimum, an Associates Degree in Electronics, or have completed equivalent military electronics training or have the minimum years of experience in the field.

  • 6 years experience servicing radiographic equipment. Completion of at least one manufacturing service school.

  • Fast track: Minimum 2 years experience, completed at least 1 manufacturer service training and successfully completed either A+, Network+ or CRES certification

  • CRES certification a plus but not required.
