Trauma Level: Level Not designated
Reason For Coverage: Extra Volume so they need help
Dates & Required Availability:
Asap, ongoing need, no call, out patient only.
Shift & Call Details: 8-5 roughly clinic hours. Will take 2-3 providers to cover. Monday - Friday in person only. no tele.
Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days
Job Details:
Setting: Outpatient and call for hospital.
2-3 full time providers needed
Clinic 5 days a week
Open to 4 day clinic weeks
Patient Volume: 40 per shift
Required Procedures: Breast Biopsies and Breast imaging.
APP Support/Supervision: yes
EMR: EPIC
Client Requirements: must be boarded and hold an LA license. ACLS and BLS required. ** Breast Imaging Fellowship is REQUIRED
Travel Accommodations: Please use Ochsner - Preferred Hotel list and corporate code if applicable listed in preferred hotel
