Why Detroit

Detroit is one of America's most dynamic and underrated cities - a place of deep cultural pride, remarkable reinvention, and a cost of living that lets your compensation go further than almost anywhere in the Midwest. The culinary scene is thriving, professional sports are a way of life, and institutions like the Detroit Institute of Arts and Detroit Symphony Orchestra anchor a rich cultural core. Suburbs like Grosse Pointe, Birmingham, and Royal Oak offer excellent schools and safe neighborhoods, with Michigan's Great Lakes shoreline and Up North destinations just a short drive away.
