Job Title: Evening Shift Radiology Supervisor

Salary: $75,000 – $105,000 annually + sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and full benefits

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Radiology Supervisor to lead our evening shift team in Boston. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for a motivated technologist ready to step into a leadership role, ensuring high-quality imaging services and smooth departmental operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support radiology staff during evening shift operations
• Coordinate workflow, staffing, and patient scheduling to maintain efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards
• Assist with complex imaging procedures as needed
• Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members
• Collaborate with radiologists and hospital leadership to optimize patient care
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance when necessary

Qualifications:

• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required
• Active Massachusetts licensure (or eligibility)
• Prior radiology experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
