Pay Range:$130,000-$150,000 Per Year

Join our team in Houston, TX, as a Radiology Team Lead, where you will provide technical and operational leadership in an imaging environment.
This full-time role involves collaborating with various stakeholders and managing technology systems for radiology operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical and operational aspects of the imaging environment.
Collaborate with project managers, radiology managers, and other teams to ensure seamless operations.
Manage incident and problem resolution, system changes, and project execution.
Coach team members to enhance their skills in project planning and problem management.
Ensure clinical continuity and vendor management for ongoing and upcoming initiatives.
Qualifications
Experience with imaging systems and related technologies.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to set clear expectations and monitor progress.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to promote team independence while maintaining accountability.
Experience in managing large-scale system migrations and integrations.
