Mammography Technologist - Mammography
Schedule
- 4x10 day shifts
- Shift times may vary:
- 6:30 AM-5:00 PM
- 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
- 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
- 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Requirements
- Required certifications: ARRT(M), ARRT(R), BLS
- Preferred: 2 years of mammography experience
- Key clinical skills:
- 3D (tomosynthesis) mammography
- Diagnostic and screening mammograms
- Digital mammography; Hologic 3D experience noted
- Charting system: Epic (required)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Maintain equipment and comply with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members for comprehensive patient care.
Compliance / Notes
- Orientation: 40 hours
- COVID-19 vaccine: Not required
- Pre-approved time off: two
