Radiology Tech/X-Ray Tech

Job Summary:
Under general supervision, specializes in the performance of computerized tomographic radiological procedures on patients.
May perform general diagnostic radiology examinations.
Performs related duties as required.

Education:
Required Education:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Must maintain the required hours of continued education.

Certification & Licensure:
Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) and the advanced registry in Computed Tomography (CT) or registry-eligible.
Healthcare Provider certification required. (BLS).

Languages:
English: Read, Write, Speak

Certifications & Licenses:
Healthcare Provider certification (BCLS)
Registered in Radiography with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)

Schedule Notes:
Duration: 13 Weeks
Interview: Phone - 30 minutes.
Schedule: 3-12 hour shifts: 11a-11:30p with every other weekend
Block Schedule: No
Minimum Experience: 1 year
This is a Level II Trauma Center.
Certifications: BLS and ARRT - R
Procedure experience a plus
OR experience a plus

Shift Hours:
